    Valentines Day Fall-Out

Well I'm interested given it was valentines day yesterday (if you forgot it's now offically too late)...

I'm gonna ask the big question.

What does love / romance / marriage mean to you?

My goal in life is to be as good a person as my dog already thinks I am.

At the risk of being labeled as a 'poof' by my c*nty as good mates, I'd say its the most beautiful feeling you'll ever experience in your life. It's something that makes you weak no matter who you are and at the same time it can make you far stronger as a person.

Weak as in, you become oblivious to what is logical, as in the whole "love is blind" thing. Which is very true. Suddenly you are ready to make sacrifices that you normally wouldn't even think about because all you care about is that certain someone.

Then Strong as in, you suddenly get a boost of motivation for your whole life. It's that desire to want to wake up the next morning, not just to drive your flash bike to your flash job... It'll simply be for the fact that you are waking up next to the person you are in love with. Once you are in love, you become complete no matter how rich or poor or what ever you are.

    Righty-ho.. here goes...
Marriage: to me it doesn't mean much really mainly because it holds no attraction for me.Marriage+Kids have never beem part of my master plan. But for those that DO take the leap I guess its their way of saying to the world that they are so committed to each other they wanna make it official and 'seal their Love'...
LOVE: the biggie... this I have experienced and I believe in Love at First Sight. Its that crazy out-of-control state of mind when your whole existance is revolving around the object of your affection! Love is the daily comfort of knowing someone cares for you but its also an amazing Passionate All-Consuming Feeling of Desire, Want, Hunger, Need...
When you + your beloved are in-sync then Love truely is Heaven on Earth ;-) but sadly when you're out-of-sync its literally Hell on Earth. :-((
Romance:well I reckon its all the little things that go towards keeping the Love alive. Its not necessarily flowers/choclate/jewellery/powertools... Personally I find Romance in riding with my man (in fact its a major turn-on) Walks in the bush, along the beach... lovin' under a starry sky. And I won't deny that I love getting dressed up and being taken out somewhere... Or being in a crowded room at a party and my man comes up behind me and whispers in my ear "babe, you are the hottest..." Yep that does it for me... sigh.
Sadly the man in question F**ked up BIG TIME and got the boot so still waiting for Mr Right... Luckily I am an optimist...

Love put in motorbike terms is when you are out on a ride whipping around the corner totally at one with your bike.
The feelings of joy, excitement, danger, being slightly scared and yet you can't get the grin off your face and do not want to stop probably sums it up.
I've finished okay...there are no last words of wisdom...it's time to pull your pants up and go home!
