Cool, was hard case the other day some old joker whose house was going to be mowed down to let the m/way through came round trying to get me to sign a petition to stop it all, i live just off Gt North and wouldn't be affected, he got in a right huff when i said i didn't care and though it was a good thing to be happening, make my trip to work easier, bring on the new m/way me says.

Looking at the route, my place would be about less than 100m from the motorway.......

Right now I'm just thinking about what the noise would be like........

I don't know whether to agree or disagree, actually.

The route to the main trunk line has been on paper for 60 years, and they are only just starting the first part now.So only the part from the rail to PT Chev interchange is a fresh plan.Looks good to me - down Oakley Creek.Bowl over the new cycle way bridge....but it'll be 20 yrs old befoe they do that.

The rate at which new roads can be constructed, is behind the rate at which new motorists will populate them to capacity. It's kind of a constant running away from the inevitable.

How long has Britomart got till completion now?, I am still struggling to see what good that will do tbh. Oh dear, I am having a cynical day today. Sorry Auckland dudes, and dudettes, I am now a dyed in the wool Nelsonite, and love every single set of Nelsons 11 sets of traffic lights. 9 sets in Nelson city, and 2 in Stoke where I live.
    bahahahahahahaaaaaa.

Cool, another Auckland motorway filled with hot stationary boxes that hold people as their life drifts past...
    So why do you ride?
We all have our little obsessions...
