Got a quick fix for zxr grips?

    howdy

my zxr250's accelerator grip gets a bit loose if the weather's really hot - it tends to slip down the handle bar - is there some way of replacing the whole thing or fixing it to the handle better?

its fkn annoying when out for a ride having to reset the accelerator grip because it's sliding off... dangerous too

thoughts? do I replace it / reglue it? I dunno

normal "cure' for racebikes is to use lockwire in about 3 places to lock it in place.
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?

    Warm the grip up
    Pull it right off
Clean the handle bar and inside of grip with a paper towel
Spray hairspray or spray adhesive on the handle bar
    Slip the grip back on
    Let it cool

Either lock wire it back on or pull it off clean and re glue.
