So far the list of bars i have that people have recommended is as follows:

rose & thistle (done)
marble bar (done)
the flyover tavern (done)
drivers bar
barmuda
brewers bar
the cornerstone pub
worlds end (or whatever the pub is at fraser cove?)

have i missed any out? or are there any that you would like to add to the list?

come to think of it, we might as well do them in the order as above... gives us some form of order and that way everyone knows what's going on. any problems with that?

Heard about C's off on Sat, but didn't realise you had a close-up looksee of the armco...glad to hear you're 'mendable' bro! Got some road racing DVDs if you wanna check 'em out while you're at home...

Recently saw a piccie on the fastdates site of armco barriers in europe; they've bolted steel sheets onto the "legs" to get rid of the cheese-cutters. That's what we need here.
