Tonights BOP Times page 3 at the bottom (can't find it online so I'll type the relevant bits)

Police are horrified by two incidents involving drunk drivers last night - one who sped off at more than 200kmh ... Police say a man who exceeded 200kmh on his Suzuki motorcycle in an effort to flee them is lucky to be alive ... The 36 year old from Te Aroha .... fled Police near Matapihi ... arrested by dog handlers in Papamoa after taking his motorcycle off-raod and onto a grass section.... was charged with an excess breath alcohol level, reckless driving and failing to stop. Police said it was not the first time the man had been charged with drink driving.

    What an idiot.

You're absolutely right. I hear he's not the only person in Te Aroha to own a bike...

.... that likes to ride at 200 kmh and enjoys speeding from the fuzz....

ummm, it's sounding awfully close though

I'm not condoning the effort btw, but going off-road in a sportsbike at speed takes practice

Removing my posts. Chris could youremove your quote?

Dropping the subject but it wasn't meant to be funny. Anytime I hear about a biker down I worry about it being one of ours.

They impounded my bike! I cannot forgive them for that! there is now an empty void where my bike used to be.
