after reading this....
sounds like you need to go into the medium group & learn how to pass people, learn how to change ride lines, & how to read other peoples lines. Then you wouldnt have an issue about people holding you up...
this would be why the fast group dont usually have issues with being held up.
(now being blocked is a different issue lol)
