Guys I make no bones about it --after the second novice session --(well if ya dont ask ya dont get doya ) I was scared frigging shitless
I was ready to load the bike in the van and whimper off home.
JUST THEN--the frigging legend Robert Taylor from Hawera Motorcycles came to see me -even more scarey he was brandishing a pair of bloody big spanners. He in what seemed to be seconds softened my rear shock --did some measurements and jacked the back up a bit and lowered the front a bit-
He told me it was a bit of a plaster over a mortal wound but it might help a bit.
I grabbed for my wallet and he looked at me totally insulted. ONYA robert
Anyhoo almost right away i noticed a HUGE difference in the bike.Second F3 prac tice and I could get the hairpin sorta right and could flop her over into turn 1 with confidence.
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?

Great write up Frosty. Thanks heaps for letting us store our gear in your van, it was a life saver! Sorry I didn't get the chance to meet you... next time. Was good to meet MD though.
It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
    everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off

Why thanks 2much. The only one to acknowledge that while you guys parked your gear someone had to look after it. Next time we will be looking for donations to help support the effort.

Tony had a great days racing but maybe next time say hello to the team.....
