    Coro Loop & Fuel

I've noticed a few comments here about the price of juice up the peninsula.

New World in Whitianga sells gas at the same price as Tauranga (1.42/l).
BP Tairua is +18c/litre, so you'd have to be desperate...
Thames servo's are generally same as Tauranga or +1c/l, as is Whangamata.
Anywhere else is expensive, but NOBODY out-prices BP Tairua.
ACC - It's where the Enron accountants all went.

The little Shell (I think its shell) just in Coro township is the most expensive on the peninsular except for Colville but thats up in gravel territory.

I find Whitianga has the best price.

The road to Colville is sealed... And Tairua has always been generally more expensive than the Shell in Coro. You might find the odd day when it isn't, but it would be pretty odd.
