    WTB: CBR400 Motor

    Right, time to put this site to use for its intended purpose.

    I'm after a motor for my recently aquired NC23 CBR400. Henry (Takanini) said he doesn't have one, and Atomic want to bend me over and ream me.

    I'd also take an NC29 motor if it'll definately bolt in (no modifications)

    talk _real_ nicely to roo cos they got about 3 nc23 motors in pieces
    and an nc29 will not fit into an nc23 frame without drilling a couple of mounting points out...

    Bike's still in Auckland, I haven't seen it yet so am unable to make any judgement on the donk which is in it

    hehe i got a motor but u aint havin it yet HDT...
    but im looking for nc23 fairing side panels for me '87
    asked Mom if I was a gifted child ... she said they certainly wouldn't have paid for me.

    sorry HDT the cbr400RRH motor has mounts on barrals in diffrent place

    but knows a 600f1 motor can fit with a little tweeking

    Engine Specs for the CB-1 400 seam the same as for the CBR 400RR. Might be worth a look. Doug (RIB) posting under BabyB's log-in
