I see in the Press this morning some of the drivers have had their convictions overturned. Anyone know on what grounds the appeal was successful on.

Nothing to add on the above but also note that the Police Complaints Authority are going to look at the decision not to prosecute uncle, errr I mean aunty Helen when the appeals are done.
