Eww no. Why walk for 10 minutes when I can ride for one and a half? The walking was mearliy used to give an example of how close I live to where I work. I can see work from my window lol.

Seriously, get a 150. Mine was less than $3k and it's gorgeous (photo in my profile). It's small and light, it has enough power to pass stuff on the open road (according to Clint who rode it home from Auckland for me), but isn't going to get away on you unexpectedly.
