    Hello

Hi there, first time poster, long time lurker. I got my 2nd GSXR1k3 recently, it's an ex racebike been put back on the road. It's got a milled head, yoshi cam, chip and adjustable swingarm pivot. It definitely does everything a bit better than my old bike which was bone stock, so I can recommend those upgrades. I'm always looking for people to ride with and good roads to ride on, hope to see you out there.

I bought it off Vaughn Paterson, who got it off Andrew Stroud. (It was Stroud's spare bike in 2003, but since he didn't crash he never rode it.)

Welcome to the jungle. I'd be interested to know how well the bike lasts. I guess it sounds like it's had a fairly easy life for a bike that theoretically shouldn't have. I've always wanted an ex-race bike - bang for your bucks and all that, but was always too scared to buy anything that's not completely stock standard (well, bikes anyway).

Yeah, I have to admit it is a bit of a punt. I bought it off trademe, sight unseen as the bike was in Christchurch, although I did a bit of homework first. It's bloody fantastic at the moment, but we'll see how long it lasts.

    Welcome matey
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods
