Flatmate wanted

I may be looking for a flatmate later in year (unless things change)........10mins from Ferry.....I have Natalie so would prefer female ("No" before you pervs say anything)...
Devonport - probably $120pw....not sure about whether bills included yet cause usage will not go up much...maybe telephone.....cosy double with ensuite......quiet....will probably just see how bills go and review later

I am surprised cause $120pw is the norm in Devonport.......

Sister is paying something ridiculous like $370 per wk for 2 bedroom house. And thats not even in town.

Nah $370 for a house seems okay....but $210 for a flat mate seems steep compared to Devonport.......

Still it could include other expences. Ok so remind me to look at Devonport, for when I decide to stop clutch'n ma's tit and get my arse out of my comfort zone.

Hey we all have comfort zones.....just hope your mum uses those cup things to avoid sores.........I have seen $150 inc bills in Devonport......New World board......mind you you will have to start paying for your your own milk which may stretch things eh!!!!

I just need some xtra cash to help me keep shared custody of my Daughter really and I am thinking about April time........see how things go.......pm me if you need me to look out for you...

Where exactly are you at though? And what areas are ya exactly talkin about in terms of expensive houses. coz like 80% of northland is nothin :P hehe
