One that will really be fun is join us for a bit say to the bottem of the tukas and go back via the Aratakawas thats a fun drive.

I thought this was supposed to be a slow paced ride? Doubt you'll improve on that tonight.

I do believe he means that he's travelled 180k's, he can put more K's on the clock at any speed so long as he's moving!

Ah well, its not like you'll be going much faster than that tonight anyway, you'll just have to go out tommorow as well!

Why dont we all go over the Akatarawa Valley , have food/drink at the Waterfront Bar+Cafe at Raumati Beach, and go home over Paekak Hill (or SH1 for Wgtn folk)

Wonderful Windy Wednesday night ride.... Can't pass that up!

Gotta give my wounded toy a run, make sure he's not more damaged than I'm he appears.

Sels, how exposed is that Akatarawa wind likely to be tonight? Sounds like a good idea though. Group pace at this stage would need to be quicker.
Weather is supposed to swing to the south tonight. Dunno when though.

    See you all there.

Sorry, worked late the wind was a bit too gusty for me anyway. Got blown onto the other side of the road just riding through town. Sorry to have missed it though, was looking forward to going for a ride.

Ditto, worked late and saw how windy how it was. Wimped out. Gote blown all over the road heading home to Miramar, plus got salt water dumped all over me riding round the bay.
