    I might have a rear axel (I'll check at home), but I've never heard of or seen a snail cam for the CBR250.

    I have some... 2 left and one right. Both of the left ones are bent (one noticeably, and the other barely), with no bar ends. The right one looks okay, but the bar end is buggered as far as I can tell.

    No rear axle sorry, but I do have the parts pictured below if that is of any use.

    And some more parts...

    In addition to the photos, I have a complete exhuast system - some of the headers are slightly out of shape, a set of carbs, and the under sub frame plastics.

    One of the frames is registered, but on hold (the frame is a bit bent though), while the other frame is not and has never been registered in NZ (i.e. the likelyhood of getting road legal in NZ is about 0.00).

    Sorry, for some reason KB didn't PM of your post. Anyway, I do have the subframe, however it is slightly twisted (i.e. when mounted on bike, and the bike is vertical, the seat is tilted a little to one side. You might be able to straighten it up yourself, I've bween too scared of making it event more bent than it is. Yours for $5 + shipping.
