The quality is awesome, and it's not reflected in the price.
Look forward to softening them up, feel heaps safer than the jeans I've been wearing up until now.

    Thank you

    Cheers guys,

Will get the site finished pretty shortly,
Along with the other bits and pieces.
I'm available for contract work also.

What about this for an angry face
Bret's a top bloke, so all Kiwibiker members should get their leathers from him!

hey man was talking to you last night on the chat - was interested in a back protector, but after reading these posts I've realised I could def do with some pants first - as I ride in jeans - and an 'off' in these would fck my legs

how much for padded leather pants? also, are they water proof?

Hi,Waterproof and leather do not go hand in hand sorry, you will need a oversuit of some kind. They will offer excellent protection however, pleanty of armour in the right places. Cost is $280 + $10 for courier.
let me know if I can help you, cheers

Hey is there some kind of stuff that you can get to treat leather so that it doesn't get knackered in the rain? Or does it not get knackered anyway and 3M or someone just tells us it does so that they can sell us a solution to it?

Use to use Dubbin for protecting our boots when I was in the army. I don't know how well it would go on bike leathers though. I would think it would be better for general upkeep of your leathers than fopr water protection on a large scale.

Depends on thetreatment, I could walk in rivers all day in my old army boots and not get wet feet, years of nugget helped that.

My leather jacket I wear to uni keeps the water out just fine! Mainly the seams of leathers that leak, and using sno seal and the like can help heaps
