Flatmate wanted In Auckland

Me and Custard have a room to rent in Mt Roskill:

- Large bedroom (can fit a King size bed with room to spare)
- Double wardrobe (plenty room to stach ya bike gear)
- Very sunny with nice views looking out of bedroom
- Heaps of power points and has own TV and Phone Jack
- High speed Broadband (50x speed) internet is available

The house is a tidy, modern 3brm Brick and Tile. Stainless steel kitchen. Spa, sunny decks, mobile dog patrols (Barney our guard dog) and off-street parking. $135 + pwr and a share in Broadband (if you wanna use it...)

Anyone interested?

Just moved in to my place today................ awwwwwww..........

And your place would be so close to mum too.........

Not to mention your rent is sooooooo much cheaper....
