I just came back from palmy last night, flew down for work tuesday-thursday. Got on the turps and went out and about every night. Apart from the odd hotty uni chick - hes right. I didnt like it much - but after all, Im a jafa.

Lived in Palmy pretty much all my life ( and thats a fuckin long time). Its certainly not the most exciting city in NZ but I suppose it depends on what spins your wheels. Good for bringing up kids, good university, decent restaurants, blah, blah, blah and at least it doesnt take long to get onto some good biking roads

I think it was Gary McCormick that said the best thing about Palmy Nth is that its only 2 hours away from heaps of other places that you would much prefer to spend time at.
