Poor sod, to think of the amount of lazy pricks we have on one of the 3986732655 sorts of benefits, we need more people in NZ that have jobs to cover the cost of those who just filter oxygen!
So many people who cant find jobs! Repco/Appco can’t find staff, AMPS are looking, my wife just got a new one and I now have two!
He gets a better job and they kick him out?
Rules might be rules but use ya heads!

the stupid thing is not that his work visa was revoked, but that we advise him to reapply for the same thing after shifting his life back to SA, then he can attempt to come back... Why not just let him stay in the meantime, pay taxes, get another work visa, everybody is happy.

On the face of it I agree that it seems sooo left wing and typical Clark but then WINJA makes a good point that warrants further consideration!

The work permit conditions seem petty, why don't they just send him back there instead of all the way back to Africa at least he would still be paying taxes here! Unlike most of Clark's favourites!

First point is a bit harsh there Lias, but I agree with your second point - a bunch of beardy-weirdy, sandle-wearing, hippy, flat-earther communists is our Gummint
