We missed out on getting tickets either through the Visa sales or the general ones a few days later, but yesterday I got emailed an offer through Fly Buys (nope, unfortunately you didn't get to use your points, but you do pick up bonus points!) to buy tickets to the shows. You had to pay by Visa or Mastercard, so I got two tickets to the Wellington show. The husband is pretty rapt, he'd been keen to go but wasn't interested in paying huge dollars for Trade Me ones. It can be a combined anniversary and birthday present for him!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

be pretty hard i would imagine to chuck anything in that makes you millions of dollars a year, in 2005 they made the most money out of any touring band,

Personally, I wouldve wacked it on my visa anyway, so its all good for me. Sucks to be you if you dont have access to a visa though - but Im sure most people can beg or borrow.
I wouldve loved to go (cant be touring for much longer, surely?) , but unfortunately will be overseas. Even though I think Mick Jagger is a little lack-lustre live, theyll still be rockin`
Although, maybe in electric wheelchairs next tour...

Reason why they went on presale to visa customers is it is being promoted by Visa Promotions.... a perk of being one of their customers... they do it for a lot of things... you can check it out on their website.... I get told of all this stuff thru work... and spent hours telling my customers what to do... fun times for me
