    Finding my way?! (Sue VFR)

Hello. I'm a new member finding my way around this site! I have been a bike nutter since my early teens, only 30 years!! I married a bike nutter (he should belong to Bikes Ananonymous) and gave birth to two petrol heads, one of whom is a bike nutter! We've had nearly every type of bike there is except a Harley! I currently ride my VFR which is the best thing since sliced bread. The problem with being female is my legs are shorter than mens and thats a pain as I like the sportier bikes. It does close options to women... and is probably why more women choose cruisers. We have a great group of riders here in Taupo and go out playing most weekends. We do have a problem containing ourselves and have found the track days an excellent release for the need to speed. (My mates that is... I never speed!) We enjoyed the Manfield Track and we have all signed up for the Taupo KiwiBiker Track Day.
    Ciao for now
    Sue

Welcome to another good, keen girl.
Just remember that half what you hear on here is and the rest should be regarded with suspicion
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

The views expressed above may not match yours - But that's the reason my Dad went to war - wasn't it?
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, .... but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out,... shouting "man, what a ride"!!!

Good on ya Sue. I knew something good would come from having kiwifruit hanging around here

    Welcome, good choice in bike.
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

    Hello unt Villcomen!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them
