We had 'Queen - The Show Must Go On' at my old mans funeral... would like something like that at mine...

Although something kinda funny... like maybe 'REM - It's the end of the world as we know it' would be pretty sweet..

It was going to be Gary Glitters "Hello Hello"....but ever since I found out he is a Pediphile he can go to hell!

Now I think I will go with "Get Here" by Tracey Ackerman. Very bouncy beat and hopefully will make ppl smile and dance :spudbooge

if you want people to cry at your funeral. Play Eva Cassidy's version of "Over the Rainbow" (from her 'Songbird" album). It is possibly one of THE most raw emotion songs ever. Haunting (especially once you know Eva's tragic story)

Nobody seems to remember when Eva started singing "Over the Rainbow," but Chris Biondo says that "Eva had been doing that song for years. She had already recorded it once when she was in high school, I think it was Ned Judy who recorded it for her on his four-track. I remember we were driving to Ikea Furniture one day, she pulled out a cassette and she wanted me to hear 'Over the Rainbow.' And when we'd go places she would sing it in the car. A couple of times I had to pull over, I was crying so hard, it was brutal....

Shit.. I get all teary just writing this... It's a truely beautiful thing..

I know it's weird (for those that know me) but I'd like my theme song played

"Something like a phenomenom" - LL Cool J.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them
