I met a guy today that's a man down - looking for someone to help with maintenance in a HUGE galsshouse (like... 27 acres under glass...)
A bit of welding, some electrical, some glazing etc... looking for someone with a brain - able to think through the job and what it might affect rather than working on "this bit". You'll know what I mean if you know what I mean...

I don't know the pay rate but it sounds like a reasonable job and they're flat out - there'll be plenty to do! Some callouts so living local would be a big advantage.
