Who just got busted in Te Atatu North/Peninsula ? - 14/3/06

I was just coming back from my physio appointment at 11 to 11.15am and right there at the motorway entrance (by the horse paddocks) was Mr police officer (car) and a purple bike and its rider...

Sorry couldn't tell you the brand of bike... but it aint a cruiser..
A very nice paint job thou... The paint job was all a deep purple and the bike frame looked black. Multi coloured helmet with yellow in the colouring sitting on the r/h wing mirror... I think the rider is a youngish fella with fairish hair.
I only got a quick look to see what was happening.

Mr police officer was heading to the back of the bike to check out the rego and wof on the bike...

So who was it that got busted.. trying to leave the peninsula...?
After all its a one way in there and a one way out of Te Atatu Peninsula.
