I'm guessing she's a spanish speaking weather girl on a Yankee station for latinos seeing there are so many in that country.

As for the Naked News, I enjoyed that staying at the Holiday Inn by the river in Melbourne. It came on at 10.30pm every night and I think it repeated again at midnight. It included naked weather of course, but the chuckle was that it played about a week late (but who cared about that) and it was on the Comedy Channel.
