Taranaki Pie'N'Pint - Last one!

The last official Pie'N'Pint for the summer is tonight.

They have a great destination for tonights ride (unknown) with a special menu as they aren't normally open Thursdays.

Should be a great one.. nice fine weather

Well that was a great ride..

Quite a few bikes eventually turned up.. approximately 42 (I think).. Nadroj has some pic's I think (hopefully he'll post them up?)

The route was pretty good, though the council is doing its normal routine and re-surfacing some roads out the back of Inglewood - Waitara.. Destination was Wai-iti Café which did a range of pizza's (and beers!

) for us.. quite welcomed after a long day. The weather was superb, though we did get some sun-glare on some corners (to be expected) and the roads narrowed down to some semi-windy goat tracks

by the sounds of it.. some bikers took alternative routes but we all eventually ended up in the same place.

All in all.. a great afternoon was had.

Good ride Good turnout. Motoracer was in town & didn't contact any of us to join in. Would have been good to catch up. Some of the KBers were GSH1, Pritch008, Demonwolf, Nadroj ,Sensei, Dazza, Caddyman and a couple of other quieter members.

Wai-iti is on the coast north of Urenui & before Mt Messenger.

arrh im so guttered i missed this thread ! are there anymore rides planned this weekend???? just got my bike up and going again - got the itch to ride

looks like its going to be good weather down these ways this weekend so I hope to see some bikes out and about!
