Get an owners manual and reset the suspenders bach to original. Fit Metzeler Racetec tyres and get yourself along to Puke for a test day and fuck around with suspension there. There's no golden setting to use as everyones different. Standard is pretty good for most folk. I used to have a WP750 one of my all time favourite bikes.

I got Diablo Corsers at the mo, great in the dry, but I find them abit squirrely in the wet.

As for suspension I just mucked around with it till felt right.

All in all a great bike! And being a 98 ya bike will be injecteed to aye??

    Enjoy.

    Stick with a 190 rear.
Do what jimbo said, start from the stock settings and tutoo....
Put a spacer in the top shock mount to raise the rear by 15mm (about 5mm spacer) it really helps.
If ya can afford it, new oil front and rear is prolly due.
