NEED TO BORROW - Knee Sliders/Protectors in Auckland

I've finally got my bucket running and finished so will be at the bucket meet tomorrow (Sunday) and have the minimum requirement for gear (two pairs of jeans, jacket, boots, gloves and a full face helmet).

HOWEVER I do not have sliders and apparently these are one of the requirements, so if anyone in the AUCKLAND area has a pair that I could borrow for tomorrow please let me know as soon as possible.

I'll pay in beer or dollars, you choose

dude--I think you're mistaken --Bucket RACING -different from the saturday practice is run under MNZ rules--2 piece or one piece leathers
Sliders are NOT a requirement in any way
Ya sure you have the bike all plasticed up??
any point that might touch the ground needs to have a plastic cover on it

Ah excellent, well I don't have leathers at the moment, so will go with my codura jacket, two pairs of jeans, helmet, gloves and boots.

The only things left to do are to attach corks into the handle bars and run a wire from the sump bolt to somewhere esle on the bike.

Do I need to attach anything to the front and rear axle bolts?

Why? Because I need plastic corks in the handle bars to prevent injury to myself or another rider and also to prevent or minimize damage to the track.

    Tamaki River? No.
