    Powder coating

Does anyone have an idea of the cost of poowdercoating? I recently bought a weight bench and it looks a bit tatty, so I thought I'd get it powder coated. Any idea? Anyone?

Go and see Terry Fear at New Zealand Powder Coating down Carters Flat - you can see the yard as you drive down the Albert St hill from the tennis courts.

Had Procoat in AK powder coat "Roxanne's" alloy rims nearly a year ago ($30 per rim including bead blasting). Signs of damage is already showing thanks to the roadworks on my home road, and I am disappoint in how the colour came out. In the future I'll ask to see a finished job in the colour I want to make sure it comes out true. The custom header pipes were done by them too with what was supposed to be a high temp resistant ceramic coat but signs of corrosion and heat damage is showing already. So all in all I am a bit disappointed in powder coating and Procoat.
