If anyone else is interested in riding up we can meet at Shell Westgate and toodle up State Highway 16 until Wellsford, then up SH1 until State Highway 12.

We would need to leave Westgate around 8:30AM

I am keen man, I have a cbr600f for the week, needs new tyres though and head bearings so I wont be going very fast. Unless I can come up with $400 for some new tyre in 2 days.

and it broke off in there.

But then I'm not supposed to come on these "KB rides" as I'm supposed to be too dangerous to ride with......

You don't need new tyres mate. Just come along for the ride. If you crash you get to join the exclusive "I just went on my last ride on these shagged tyres and crashed" KB Club.

My rear tyre is pretty much bald down the centre too.....

Dual compounds....

Would love to come along, but the rear shock on my bike is stuffed the bloody
rear tyre wont stay in contact with the road and bumpy corners scare the shit out of me if I can get $1200 bucks in 2 days can get a new rear unit, but I,m only dreaming may be another time.
