    VMCC Winter Series

    Finally got the regs and entry forms for the upcoming winter series sorted;

    http://www.vicclub.co.nz/tiki-read_a...?articleId=217

    A few minor changes this year:
    • Streetstock - Can use replica fibreglass fairings
    • Supersport - 675cc triples allowed. Anyone got a new triumph to race?
    • SuperMotard - Own track time, can't cross enter into F3. Hopefully will be running on short circuit, with chicanes.
    • Clubmans - A and B grades, based on lap time. If you get too fast then you'll be 'graduated' to a more appropriate class.

    We have also changed the date of the membership renewal to 1st April. This is so we are not trying to process a whole heap of renewals mid season.

    Really looking forward to doing a full season this year.

    Just got back from testday at Manfield Most of the sessions where wet as so got in plenty of practice for those conditions.

    The rule changes are just whats needed and judging by the new bikes people are turning up on this year should be huge.

    Yep, looks good. Will try to do some of them too.
    "...New Zealanders, for all their faults, have virtues that are precious: an unwillingness to be intimidated by the new, the formidable, or class systems; trust in situations where there would otherwise be none; compassion for the underdog; a sense of responsibility for people in difficulty; not undertaking to do something without seeing it through - "

    Wondering if Vic Club will be letting Ducati 900ss riders into F3 like the Pacific and Auckland clubs have this year? SVS?

    I guess I'll be pulling the BBQ out again at some point for a bit cook up.

    I'm still in the Netherlands at the moment but I'll be back for the last three rounds.

    Good luck to everyone.
