    Can ya imagine finally getting the ummmm balls to go through with it...you're laying on the chopping board with a ugly arsed nurse sticking a prick in ya prick...ya nuts go numb after much testing by that delicious nurse...Doc starts doing his thing(not that bad but VERY odd feeling) and not one but four different nurses come on in to get supplies from the room while ya got ya cock taped to ya belly button...:spudwhat:

    Best thing I ever did! 16 years ago now. You wont notice any difference in appearance or performance, but such a difference in the feeling of freedom not to worry about "little consequences". after nearly losing wife and daughter at birth, we decided not to push our luck and have a fourth, so ended our family at three. Worst part is wanting sex soon after....

    all done - 11:00 came and went... and I have to say I was a tad nervous on behalf of the boys in the downstairs flat... but...

    NO WORRIES!

    I'd liken it to getting a medium sized filling done. The injection hurt about about as much as a dental injection (kinda painless anyway...) and the rest was numb.

    So what did we do? Talk (while he wiped and snipped and cauterised and stuff). All good guys, no worries at all and yes - the pain relief is wearing off now. I'm not about to do star jumps (or go swimming till the hole is patched up... no need to go making a mess).

    The REALLY cool bit was when he cauterised the ends of the tubes. Kinda hissing burning crackling noise. I laughed and he looked at me funny... c'est la vie!

    He did 7 minor ops that morning... another 8 to do that day, yes he's on good money (I asked) but Eye and Skin docs are the ones really making the big dosh (you can tell by their cars y'see).

    The nurse there said they get needle stick injuries more often than they admit (not that she does - just in surgery in general) and he told a joke about Winston Peters (not very good - so not worth repeating).

    All in all... NO WORRIES.

    Girls - block your ears... if you wanna

    Guys - it feels like someone has grabbed and squeezed your balls... hardish, but not nearly to the point of getting kidney pain (if you've been there - you'll know what I mean... and let's face it - how many guys haven't... as kids...)

    vasman - very capable guy, good hands (smooth skin... JOKE), just not too good on delivering the punchline of jokes is all.
