I've heard of it, I think it's organised by Leon and Diane who both own Monsters? They live in/around Westport. Saw some posters for it when I was down south.

Ummmmmmmm...................... no, not if thats the forcast.
    Heres some info from feral1
Mokihinui rally is on this weekend. Is normally pretty good. Run by the local pub, whom are pretty choice I hear. A little Hog oriented - but thats cool and the ride above Westport is real sweet. If the weather is good, go Arturs pass - Coast road - then all the way to karamea over the bluffs (well worth the ride). Or otherwise the Lewis is a sweet deal too i wouldn't be cruizing in on this one.

Just found this thread after the fact, bloody nice trip over and great trip back, apart from a little wet in Westport this morning. Not a bad wee rally. Though the wet t, and jelly were nothing to rave about.
First long trip for me on me Griso, it all went well, going from a Nevada to this machine still a wee bit to get used to and how far I can push it. And of course still running it in. It was pretty much clear from Reefton right the way home, with 32 degrees in Culvedon, that temp guage is worth something I guess. I love the coast so would sure go again if it all worked out.
