Have now watched The Butterfly Effect and got to agree - a really good movie. Good call. Reminded me of Donnie Darko a bit.

Also the Boondock Saints is worth watching - had it about the time this thread started.

Saw "I Am Sam" last night. Ok, so its maybe a bit deliberately emotive in places but I unashamedly enjoyed it. Sort of "Rainman" has a child. Sean Penn is a suprisingly good actor.

The Wild Bunch and the Alien Series as among my favourites. Still, A Clockwork Orange and Pulp Fiction are the two movies which stand out above the others.
