To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
I dont think so! my best lap time is only 1.15 at puke on the old TZ 350 so perhaps you guys who ride that track more than me can show me the quick way round?
Hi Tony. Welcome to the site. I would have come up and said "hi" at Puke if I'd have known you were a KBer. It was a good day. There were a heap of TZ's there. Is Robin Atkins still involved in Tokoroa M/cycles? (I guess I may be showing my age here!).
There was another KBer there, I think he was #41, had two bikes - a GSXR1100 I think, in pre '89 (he's not in the programme tho) and a smaller bike. If I'm correct, he won the pre 89 races, in front of my mate Matt Meads on the F1 Duc. I introduced myself cos he was wearing a KB t-shirt, but I've forgotten his name.
Being frustrated is disagreeable.
But the real disasters in life begin when you get what you want.
Hi Lynda
Yep Robin still owns the shop, in fact the TZ I have is one of his, I bought it several years ago, he raced it in the Marlborgh series in the middle seventies.
