    the three big phrases of intermediate normal school in palmerston north used to be:
    rad
    choice shorts bay
    &
    meet you behind the bike-sheds

    the school was so westie that even the girls & teachers had mullets & under-cuts. thankfully the rats-tails were confined to the boys.
