10% - probably worth the odds.

But can you smoke and ride a motorbike at the same time??? That makes you 20% cooler

Oh nah I can, but I keep spilling it, and as a poor student wastes too much valuable alcohol.

I have been asked about the "L" plate debate. I cannot enforce the usage of "L" plates but do point out the consequences if caught.
The "L"s will be catered for by having their own group with an experienced rider who will know the determined route.

    See you there
Why dont we all put L plates on??? Come on....it'll be interesting to see all the 1000cc/600cc machines wearing the Loser, I mean Learner plates.....and think of the cagers having to follow a huge bunch of bikes down the motorway at 70km/h

LMAO! You wait they'll invent a charge for "displaying an L plate illegally"... you wait I bet they would...

They don't need to invent it, I'm pretty sure it is there already (not called that of course).

Have you seen how many cagers drive around with people obviously not Learners behing the wheel, My parents car had one on for ages whilst my sister was learning so doubt it'd be the case.

I thought seriously of digging up my old looser plate to put on my Hornet when I first got it, cause I was shockingly nervous and cautious. (not much changed there). Would have been pretty funny if I'd got pulled up! 'Yes copper, it is a 900, here is my full licence. The L plate? Well, I'm learning to ride THIS bike!'

Nice one! It will be good to have you along, though be wary that most of the people that come on these rides are a little strange...
