thanks to the northern crew big cheers for some wicked roads today.
qk and custard nice work organising. you all rock.

i decided to get on sh 1 to pop into the shop and see how things were, and i meet a lovley police man . and he gave me a pretty piece of paper. they do a fantastic job out there. and that $80 will be sorely missed.

there was some great riding out there folks.

and RIP to the sh16 rider.

LOL I wondered about the "Blackbird with the white mirrors"!

Congratulations on a seemingly successful ride today organisers & participants alike!!

NOT GOOD at all about the separate fatality near Kaukop, my prayers go out for the family & friends.

Was that on the way into Kaikohe?

thanks qkchk/custard for setting up this great ride, and TLrider and the northern lot, for looking after the top half of our journey.
I had a blast today, great roads bit of everything fast, twiste, fast and twiste, wet and to top it of night riding, the VTR is sounding a bit rattly after that run. man I'm shagged, good to meet some new faces and catch up with others Ive met on other rides, hope I didn,t get in the way of any of you fast guys.
check the link for pics of the ride.http://www.putfile.com/1956jono

Big Ups to the northern crew for a fantastic ride.
    Boy what a big day.....
Those roads are excellent, such a shame the day had to end. Well worth the trip up to meet and ride with northern KB'rs...thanks fellas.
I'm totally stuffed now and I've still got a full day's riding ahead of me tomorrow.....I'm glad I came up and experienced the far north.

Good to meet and ride with you all.......Cheers
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy
