Was good to be out on the Bandit again after 3 months inactivity, found some possible issues I'll need to have fixed before the next outing. Was a shame the 'medium paced' group kinda went out the window though![]()

Soz about the brake lights, I was rather pleased when you went passed as my eyesight was failing me in the dark. Made it alot easyier with someone in front.Originally Posted by Leong

What an awesome day and superbly organised. Full credit to everyone involved.
Whens the next one ?
That road from Kaikohe had to be set out by a biker. What is it called ??
A bloody good day had by most if not all yesterday which ended up giving us pretty bloody good weather and all.
Had 23 of the Norfland Crew turn up which was excellent!!![]()
A bike count at Sharkeys at Bailies Beach showed 72 or 74,either way a frecking good show.
Got a "few" toasted bod's here still recovering from a good days riding, loads of bourbons whilst watching the Super frecking Bikes...I reckon they should recover at some stage.
Had some mean runs learning to ride the ZX with a -1 sprocket off the front. Damn I love sideways!!!
Good to meet the new faces,y'all seemed to have enjoyed yourself which is what yesterday was all about.
Hope none of the sanity-challenged Crew from up this way freaked ya![]()

Towards the end of the day things started going very wrong for me, I had a couple of very stupid and very scary moments which totally killed the self confidence
750km was my end count for the day (2Much what was your count?), in short: my but was numb at the end of the day but I had heaps of fun![]()

Some of us had to ride home from "Chez TL" at 8pm due to work this morning.
Fuck it was cold on the way home and it rained on me from just south of town all the way to Waipu/Brynderwyn. Thankfully I only "saw" one pig all the way to Auckland.
Good day out, thank's to Chris for organising the Sharky's deal it was fuckin great.
Awesome to catch up with the mad northland cunts, Shorty and Gerver have got to be the craziest bastards I've ever seen on two wheels and overall a great turnout without any bins or incidents that I heard of.
Also good to see Uncle B up from Wellywood and glad he went home with a hard on, although it might make for a slightly uncomfortable trip back.
As for you Swanny, if getting stuck behind a fat man on a slow korean farm bike is being given the learn then I'll let you enjoy your moment. I now feel educated.
I had a bit of a crap days riding to be honest, wasn't there mentally and people kept saying how hung over I looked, funny cos I was sober the night before. Just one of those days.
