All in a days work for Health Care Assistants, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses here in NZ (I know, I was a RN). I really feel for the patients with those problems. As a nurse, you get over it. It just a job that just has to be done. Does piss me off the this web site has put this in for entertainment/gross-out factor . It is not at all amusing .
