Sounds like there will be fewer bikes this time. The night riding must really scare people!
Ive found that you cant go off the ride registers or by who's posted in the threads........ there are plenty of 'lurkers' out there who just turn up on the day (or night in this case......)

    Awesome.

According to the rain radar (http://www.metservice.co.nz/default/...?alias=akradar) there is absoloutely nothing showing.

Hope like fuck the weekend is clear, I'm getting withdrawl symptoms. I need my northland road fix.

I love night riding in the country with a full moon and the stars glowing.

Just as good as any sunny day in my opinion.

    See you lot soon.

    Thumbs up

Another goodun tks Qkchk & Custard!

Good sized group (about 12 i think?), one of the better groups I found, all stayed within about 30 secs of eachother from TEC to the lead rider. Always a challenge along those dark open roads, bit of rain kept us all (well most of us) honest...

Good to see Skelstar made it from Wellytown too, hope you made it to your sisters in one piece after being escorted by lady Keystone!

See ya's on the next one.

The actual ride was utter shit for some reason, for me at least.

I need a new chain and a better visor and probably a new bike while I'm at it, but I already knew that am doing something about it.

Thanks for the company at the pub, good to see you all again.

How good are you mechanically?? I know of a CBR250 for sale - it may need some work for about $1500.

It's done 88,000ks though. But for the money you save you could repair it and make it mint slowly.
