One day to go! (13 April)

Yeah baby! One day to go . . . I'm taking four days leave next week too, so 10 days off in a row!! Off to Great Barrier Island, for partying, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, surfing and general lazing at the beach. Its a hard job but someones gotta do it. I figured it was time I reaped the rewards of having to work all through the xmas break (only had 1.5 days off apart from the stats).

Ah, now if only this was small enough to use as an avatar . . .

Edit: ok done two new sizes, one for my avatar, and one for you guys to view at a decent res.

Lucky bugger. Think of me toiling away while you relax and get massage with milk oils by 18yr old virgins who wish to be spanked
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

oH SHUT UP sNIPER YOU BITCH!! You get to go riding this weekend, I don't. I have to go away this weekend - not because I want to but because I have to. And it means spending money I don't have going somewhere I don't really want to go.

Have a good long weekend Peeps! Stay safe on the road and enjoy yourselves!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

Horaay, just resized it . . . never tried to do that before, learn something new everyday. Will do another copy to put in the first post thats under the size limits.

According to the weather forcast its gonna be good for the weekend! Sniper, get that bike going - Colapop, thats a bummer cause its money you could be putting towards a bike! Whats the chances of getting out of it based on a 48 hours style bug that suddenly comes on? Food poisoning perhaps?

It's an "I wish I could" but it's a family gig - sister has a custody case for her kids and her ex is a f*cktard. So I'm there as supporter/protector/bouncer... I wouldn't mind having the opportunity to give him a couple of cracks but I suspect it'd end up costing me even more than it is! As far as cash for the bike goes there are major happenings afoot - reassessments etc. That may not make it sooner but should make it easier (hopes)

Hey Stu I thought you was off to Blenhiem this w/end? What's the haps?

I used Corel Photopaint. Originally started by googling it, and trying a few different free apps, but then by accident opened it with Photopaint, and it came up with little buttons to step thru each page. Was actually quite easy in the end, you just open it up, and then image/resample. It does each of the frames for you, and at the end just save it. Peice of cake . . .

If you need any animated gif's resized, then give me a yell

Ten days? Is that all....it's my last day in this job today, to be followed by two weeks of "We don't want you hanging around, we'll keep paying you just bugger off and do your garden leave"....no work until the new job starts on May 1st.

So, if you don't mind WRT, I'll borrow that for my see ya later email to colleagues...cheers

The Barrier is a great place, just ignor the hippies. I'm off to the Whyrappa. I'm gonna hunt down Cowpoos and get some beef.

MisterD - help yourself. Infact, pm your email addy and I'll send the full res one (about 650k, too large to show here). And Finn, the hippies are alright, so long as you leave their stash alone. But I'd be careful about saying that your gonna see Cowpoos to get some beef, he'll take that as an open invite. We shall look forward to seeing you coming back with a John Wayne swagger.

Got it sussed. I'll drop a 1150 bottle of laced rum off at his doorstep and I'll come back at midnight with my cattle rustling maori mates and take all his stock. I'd steal his bike too but it's just another Suzuki so I'll probably just leave a steamy one on his seat.
