    mnz voting time

Voting for the AGM is on in mid may, it is really important that we all vote, that we all chase our mates and make them vote as well, it is our sport, so lets have a say in who we want controlling it for us. I have copied a reply from Sandra Perry of another site, the other guy, Noel carr seems to have a few skellitans in his closet, and seems in my opinion to be about as aggressive as I am, which is not the correct attitude to have in this position!

For people that do not know Sandra, she was controlling MNZ 19 yeaqrs ago when I first started racing, she always treated the riders like they were family, she always put the good of our sport first, she did her job with passion, commitment, and professionalism.

I know who I will be voting for

Hi Guys, Thanks for mentioning the need for everyone to have a say in THEIR sport by voting for the person they would like to see Govern the sport for the next twelve months. It is important that those eligible to vote irregardless of who they vote for have a say.....

    Regards
    Sandra Perry

I think it's for MNZ members only.
Basically those of us that race/compete.

As Shaun says, it's really important to get your votes in. Unfortunately the AGM is the same day as the first round of the Winter Series, so although most of the VMCC committee won't be there in person, we all need to make sure we've got the postal votes in in time. Postal votes must be in by 5th May, so do yours now

It seems there are two candidates. One who has a mighty impressive CV
But apparently is really only interested in supporting his own branch of the sport.
The other has a history of supporting NZ racing-every kind of racing going back over 15 years

Lets not be typical apathetic kiwi racers.
Our votes will influence the future of road racing in new Zealand.
