There is no right or wrong, just opinions, in the end the guy aint coming back and wether we argue back and forth how much he matters it aint going to bring him back.

I guess enjoy your riding while you got it, you never know when you have had your last ride.
Yip I agree with Dynamytus50...lives to short to sit around and argue.

Have to agree Winja. I was looking at a bike for sale at that place just the other day thinking, what would it cost to ship it up? Seriously.

Not to worry Crasherfromwayback. I am sure there are people here who have survived this sort of intro to KiwiBiker (or even worse) and still made a positive contribution in the end. It does look like you have a struggle on your hands though.

    The "Best Wishes" was genuine.

It's great that you should mention that.
I have to put up with shit attitudes from people from time to time at work.
But I don't have to bother in my spare time.
Yeah I do sell bikes for a living.
Funny thing is, despite what people may think of salesmen, you don't survive if you're a full of shit tosser.
I guess seeing as I have a large and loyal customer base that keeps growing over the years and throughout the different franchises I've worked in, I should feel I'm doing something right yeah?
Do I make mistakes? Hell yeah.
    But.....
Honesty, integrity, and an open and friendly nature are the things that keep you at the top and in the scene.
Come and see me some time, I'd love to sell you your next bike.

    No way!
    Mate.....I'm loving it.
I thrive on stuff like this....have a look at some of their 'perspectives' and 'jabs'.
Not exactly well informed or hard to combat. And a good way to pass the time.
Just wish I'd signed up while I was off work.....

Hey look, you've not sent me a barbed message to my 'Reputation Received' area, so all good.
I'm not at work now, so I feel I can say whatever I truly think when attempts are made to gun me down.
Because I'm a straight up honest guy.
I'll help you with all of my years experiance as best as I can if you are doing business with me, and I've even been known to send a potential customer elsewhere if I don't feel I've got what they need.

But if said customer wants the bike I have available to him/her, and he/she chooses to talk to me like shit, I'll smile and take their money.
But I'm not trying to take money off said (luckily few and far between in the bike world) nasty people here.
Just trying to get the facts straight.

    So I speak my mind.
    I'll never apologise for that.

    Digging yourself hole here!

Hey there Crasherfromwayback, you didn't happen to borrow your shovel from George Bush did you?
It sort of seems to dig the same kind of holes! I'd get it checked if I were you. Cheers John.

Actually my good fellow, I far prefer a 'Spade'.

It would however, appear that the 'Good Mr Bush' taught you to read.

    Try again.
Although this time pay attention to what I actually said.
If you understand it second time 'round, You MAY find it'll make a difference.
    If not, I'm sorry I can't help.

And just before I head to bed...

To the person that told me to "Learn some manners".
    I thank you.
I was always told it was polite to let people know who was talking to them.
The truth, (despite certain people not being able to handle it) is quite a different thing to manners.

    Have a nice night.

When ya get a lot of people in one place, you also get a lot of opinions. People here are a normally pretty caring bunch ie help when you need it or condolence when a biker falls.

welll... I'd just like to say...

Welcome to KB and a right royal welcome you got for yourself eh? Mind you I guess its probably a little deserved seeing as ya kinda jumped in without a lifejacket, but hey guess we all learn from experience dont we? DONT WE??
Not that it takes a lot to get some here riled up... HINT: dont mention trucks, crossing white lines or group riding distances ok?

Hmm so you went into the hay at Wangas huh? Prob saw it happen tho didn't get that gooda pic. Hope your recovery continues ok, and you get back on it soon.
That said, have fun on KB and just remember what it is actually about... y'know RIDING bikes. I think a few on here tend to forget that, and think it is more about seeing how much shit can be stirred... yeah sometimes me too

Weather superb down here at present, 2 trips to Akers over the weekend, lots of summit road riding, great twisty shit, plus some jelly wrestling at the rural pub we visit... YES WINGA real jelly wrestling :spudflip: tho it was a bit average i have to say

Whilst I fully realise it is the internet, it's the fact that some of these so called 'Kiwi Bikers' are so quick to judge and condem a fellow? biker for an honest and well meaning era of judgement and timing.

They are the ones that are yet to learn what it is to be a true biker.
Some, by the sound of it, will never grasp it.
Get off your horse, consider the fact that you may have deserved the "bad rep" and shut the fuck up. If you came into my house carrying on like a horses arse such as you are now then I'd tell you to fuck off.

    Welcome to our house.
