C'mon Highlander. You only need to take one shift run off to have a whole 2 weeks down here. Plenty of accomadation available.

    Picton/Oturehua?

I was just referring to today's traffic and the intensity of policing making it a bit harder to maintain that sort of timing.(In winter around 800/900km?)
I used to do Picton easily in five/six hours from here but last time it was a very different story (much smaller bike)
Coming home just seemed to take forever.
Maybe I am just getting a bit too old now. Cheers John.

    hey guys

picton dorm approx $23 per bed. thats my price range stink.
also one place can garage ya bike upto 13 bikes obviously depending on how many are going. etc etc etc. and they are close to the ferries. so numbers need to be in sooner the better for cheaper ferries and the best accomidation options.

don't think anyone wants to crash at a particular spot anytime

    southern hospitality can't beat it

at this stage i don't think we will know where we will be. but once we sort ourselves out to a basic plan, will will definately be picking on some of that southerness for a place to crash.
    and thanks heaps.
