    $500k Porsche sandwich...

Ah, you've just got to love how peoples perspectives of an accident are a bit skewed after the fact. Take Dean Fulfords account of the Porsche sandwich at Pukekohe on Saturday:

    http://www.nzherald.co.nz/section/st...ectID=10378583
Mr Fulford said he remembered little of the crash, which happened after he was bumped from behind and lost control. "I didn't know what was happening - everything was all white."

Well Dean, I was there and I saw it, pal. Where's the little detail of you pulling across from the right side of the track to the left as the other protagonist (don't knw who it was, just call hime Driver 2) was sidling up to your B-pillar. I've only driven round Puke for about 30 laps on a race-driving course, but the line into Jennian is from the right, and that's where you should have stayed rather than forcing Driver 2 off the left side of the track. The fact that he hit you in the right rear (actually, you ran into him), in a similar manner to a PIT maneuver ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PIT_maneuver ) and ergo over the safety barrier etc, is testament to your lack of professionalism.

Can't wait for the marshalls report

Car racers piss me off when they do that - ''defending their line'',bullshit,it's blocking...the tactic of an inferior driver. If they were on bikes they wouldn't pull stunts like that that endanger another rider.

I was there too, and it was a racing incident. Dean Fulford an inferior driver? I don't think so. And for all those tree huggars that have been complaining about the safety standards at Puke on the radio all day, pull your heads in and think what would have happened if those safety fences were not there.

As for the photographer injured in the Bowe incident... no disrespect to him, but if you want to stand on the outside of a high speed corner then you get what you deserve.
