Here's what I reckon. Wrestle for cash and a trophy. Spectators pay a $10 cover charge.

You could do it with velcro straps on the ankle. The aim being to be the first to get your opponents strap off their ankle. Best of three wins the round.
Depending how many enter, run heats, semis then finals. Have womens and mens and if any woman thinks she can take on the guys....then go hard!

Maybe split the prize money down to 2nd and Champion gets to take home the trophy and some cash and the honour of being the first KB Jelly Wrestle Champion!
