Was asked one time by a mate, as to whether (as a DJ) I'd prefer to be deaf or blind. To which I asked if he was trying to be a funny c*nt? Despite the fact I've known this guy since I was like 5 years old, and I DJ with him on a fairly regular basis, he'd forgotten that I am deaf in one ear and colour blind.

Hell, if I only had to pick one of the two, I'd be a happy man!!

Wouldnt like to be fully deaf or fully blind tho, nor would I like to have parkinsons or . . . hang on, what was the other choice?

Breaks n house. Was into my dark nasty breaks for a bit, but tending towards a bit lighter these days. Would love to get into DnB a bit too, but that means buying whole sets.

So at the moment, it depends on where I'm playing and while I'm getting into the more funky stuff for when I'm playing at house parties etc, I do still have a penchant for the breaks (aquasky and master blaster, timmy the schu, etc) as there's nothing quite like it on a big rig!

    Do you play?

LOL - yeah, she's not bad. A mate of mine got this pic with her at Lashed. Still love the breaks for a big night out tho, Timmy Schumachers just legendary, specially his live sets with Baitercell . . . . man that chick from Baitercell can sing. Seen them a few times, but they played in the west room at the st james a little while back and tore the roof down when they did a live version of Whats Down Low.

Used to love the hard house tho, every weekend was up at Sinners back in the day . . . ah, good times. Go Auntie S!
