    Get a Flem up ya!

wow, check out the BlackCaps last night...
after the SA commentators attacked the quality of NZs first class competitions based on Franklin making a double hundred for Wellington.... him and Flem put on a massive partnership. (256)
Franklin 93* and Fleming just out for 262
    535/8 at stumps!

its amazing... you get rid of marshall and mills and we do well... now what does that tell you?

fuckin oath, what a legend. how about franklin too. must have been a long long day in the field, no wickets for what must have been about 80 overs. iirc he's the first nzer to make 3 double hundreds. wonder if we've batted too long to get a result. will have to wait and see. is franklin going to have to take one for the team and leave his highest score out there at 93*

i would imagine they will let Franklin get his maiden test century then declare.
newlands is always a batting wicket (even tho smith elected to bowl) so a result was never really on the cards from the beginning.

Good knock - I turned it off 2 minutes before he got out.
The Pink Flowers couldn't catch a cold.

I reckon Australia would declare. Be interesting to see if they let franklin get it - if he gets it.

A big improvement but it's never over till it's over and they are there to get a "result". IE: WIN.
Australia would have gone for the result first, because they are "professionals" where as our players are just "highly paid players" .
Big difference! All will be revealed in the end.
