    Create your own tattoo

I think it just designs tribal. Could be worth a play'a'round

Tatoos are so cliched. "Tribal" designs. Snakes. Skulls. Indians with feathers. Swallows. Flaming swords with "Mum" written underneath. Like a primary school colouring-in competition...

I am always impressed when I see some original body art. Like Otis Frizzel, and the waitress at The Exchange Cafe in Taihape who has these amazing flowers tatooed on her forearms.

They are not for me. I posted a full body some time ago. Only one I've seen that I like. It's different. Anyone interested they can search my posts.

not too bad a site... still think designing your own tattoo is best in the long run, personally I reckon tattoos should mean something to the wearer... people with token tattoo's like a butterfly the size of a 5c coin is just sad...

my sister called me all excited from the UK "i got a tattoo..." Hmm... pointless butterfly tattoo with no meaning...

Well... I heard bout a young guy getting.. "fuck you" tattoo'd in huge letters across his back.. Now I reckon alot of thought went into that

I've seen some nice tribal work, where the person involved put "his" ideas forward Rather than just copying something that someone else already had done.

Rather see someone with a cute little butterfly tattoo, than "fuck you" in great big letters anyday.

I've got a goth/tribal angel on my back holding up two female symbols entertwined (sp), the angel stands for my mother who passed away in 2002, when my sister and I were kids she prayed with us every night before bed and told us that we all had our own guardian angel who watches our backs for us... so it's her as my guardian angel watching my back, and the female symbols, are for my sexuality. I don't wear shirts that show my angel, that ones just for me (and sam lol)

And the second Tattoo I have, is on my right arm, again a tribal design, by some chief iwi guy from up north who designed it. It has 3 main lines, the biggest one like an "S" shape stands for my sister as my closet living blood relation, the second line splits into 3 parts that symbolizes my 3 other parts of family, gran (1), aunt, uncles and cuzzies (2) and aunt and younger cuzzie (3). The 3rd line symbolizes my place in the family and is bent at the top... again for my sexuality...

I'm hanging out to get another one, but havn't got a design that means anything and can't decide where the next one will go...

I do have pics but they don't fit on here... keeps telling me they are too big... I'm sure there was another tattoo thread before, I think my pics are on there...
